Jump Start your Self Esteem

A wise woman once told me it was time to remove toxic people constantly taking withdrawals and demand “positive deposits only”. If you treat yourself well, other people won’t have a choice! Refuse to compromise and stretch yourself as well as your expectations. Embrace yourself and happiness, you deserve it!
Some helpful tips to jump start your self esteem should you need a refresher…
Love you for YOU! We all have hidden talents and should be proud about that! If you haven’t written down your goals since high school, it’s beyond time to take out the pen and paper! Create new goals and set out to fulfill them in order to make your self esteem soar. Be proud of YOU and your successes for it has not been an easy road!

You’re a flexible woman constantly re-inventing herself from the time of being a daughter, to sister, to best friend, to girlfriend, to wife, to aunt, to mother, to Grandmother… you get the idea. Accept compliments! Remove the garbage inside your head that you’re not worthy or pretty enough or skinny enough or smart enough! Don’t self sabotage yourself when someone offers a positive view of YOU.

Growing up my Mom always told me to smile even if I didn’t feel like it. My days might be long ones but there’s always someone out there who’s having a more challenging day than you. Share your light with everyone!

Do things that make you feel better… whether it’s a new hair-do, nails, makeup, working out, eating healthier, you name it! Self esteem starts with YOU!

If you want me to be your biggest fan or cheerleader to help jumpstart your self esteem, I can be that Coach who challenges you! Take that first step by doing something positive for yourself and contact me TODAY!

5 steps to Freedom – Finances first

I woke up at 5:30am this Saturday morning… instead of checking Facebook, Instagram, or other apps on my iPhone, I opened up a new eBook “The Big 5 Guide to Girl! Power” by Dawniel Winningham.

This book inspired me to do something that I haven’t done in quite a while and that’s write down goals. My main goal in life as a Triplet Mother was to make sure the Peas (my five years old triplets) make it to Kindergarten. It’s the end of their first nine weeks period and it’s beyond time my goals got a makeover. In order to grow my business as a Triplet Momprenuer/ Life Coach, I need to make sure my own ducks are in a row.

Top of my list is not my favorite thing to do, but was definitely necessary… tackle household finances. Like Dawniel says, “If your bank account looks like temperature readings instead of a healthy balance, it’s YOUR fault! Get off your ASSets and do something!”…

So, I did just that. I opened up my old yahoo calendar that’s synced to my iPhone and updated it with current bills, due dates, and amounts, along with the Peas school activities (since anything can happen to that paper copy on the fridge). Yes, it was time consuming, but now I feel I can breathe easier! Plus, I shared the calendar with my husband, so he’s up to date with finances and kids too!

No, I didn’t get to tackle all of the “Big 5” key areas of life this morning, BUT with patience and persistence I will get there. Moment by moment, day by day, month by month, year by year… change will happen! Patterns make people do what they do… accept that it won’t happen in one day and MOVE forward with change!

passion

Recently I went to the WISE Conference here in The Woodlands, Texas as a guest to my new friend, Renee Divine, https://www.facebook.com/reneedevineMK and it inspired me to find what my passion is in life. Actually the main speaker, Dawniel Winningham, http://iamdawnielwinningham.com/ truly woke me up with her “Stop Selling Yourself Short” along with “Passion, Purpose, and Profit” tips and her profound quote “You have not what you ask not!”.

We as women should help support, educate, and empower other women in all areas of life: Career, Relationship, Finance, Health, Spiritual, and Well Being. At least that’s what I chose to do from now on as your “go to” Life Coach. I was quite anxious for many months thinking what I would do once my 5 years old BGB Triplets started Kindergarten. Fast forward to today and I’m launching my own Triplet Momprenuer/ Life Coach brand via most social media outlets. My goal is to inspire, motivate, and coach individuals to find their passion.

Please feel free to like, share, comment with your family and women friends! Also, if you’re a Mom of Triplets and would like help promoting your own business, email me some details and I’ll choose one to highlight each week in my LIVE video!
